New Nordic Construction Engineering Services
Bartosz Majewski is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New Nordic Construction Engineering Services in the United Arab Emirates. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MEng, with Honours) from Gdańsk University of Technology in Poland - and is a recognised member of the Society of Engineering in Dubai, the Polish Society of Civil Engineers, the Pomorska Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Concrete Institute UAE Chapter.
With more than two decades of experience in the civil engineering industry - beginning in 2004 - Bartosz has built a wide-ranging engineering and project management portfolio, with a defined speciality in bridge engineering and structural assessment. His technical work spans structural reviews, analysis, survey and repair, with deep proficiency in concrete technology, durability engineering and corrosion assessment.
Before founding New Nordic, Bartosz held senior managerial positions at renowned multinational and national engineering companies - directing major projects and portfolios across design review, project planning, testing and commissioning. That operational background informs how New Nordic is run today: every engagement is overseen technically by the engineer who signs the report.
It is this combination of hands-on engineering experience and a disciplined, accountable approach to project administration that has earned the trust of building owners, developers and asset managers across the UAE - and that continues to drive repeat business and long-term client relationships at New Nordic.

Structural Strengthening
Engineering design of remediation and strengthening systems - FRP, post-tensioning, carbon fibre and conventional reinforced concrete methods.
Project Management
End-to-end project management of complex structural engineering programmes across multiple buildings and stakeholders.
Engineering Principles
Three principles that define how every project at New Nordic is approached - from initial assessment to final certification.
Constructability First
Before issuing a recommendation, we investigate whether it can be executed within site constraints, budget realities and regulatory frameworks. Every recommendation is practically viable - not just technically correct.
Evidence-Based Decisions
All findings are grounded in in-house NDT data and laboratory analysis - not visual estimates or assumptions. Clients receive conclusions they can act on, supported by measured evidence and technical calculation.
One Responsible Partner
From first inspection to final certificate - one person signs off. PI Insurance backs every engagement. Reports are stamped by a qualified professional engineer, not issued by a team where accountability is diffuse.
